Quickest Path to Obtaining Records

Dear Whole Health family, 

The quickest, easiest, and FREE method to obtain your medical records is to go through your Patient Portal.  The video below walks you through the quick steps to download your records.  This method will result in a download of all documents that are in your chart, including labs, handouts, invoices, etc.  

The Steps, in brief:

1. Log in to portal

2. Go to 'Labs and Documents' Section

3. Scroll to the bottom and look for My Documents

4. Look for the link that says "Download All" and click it.

5. DONE
